Our plumbing work generally carries a guarantee which is valid for 12 months from the date of the work completed. Please keep a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase in the rare event you could need to call us back.
East Rand Plumbing belongs to one of those privileged trades that are allowed into people’s homes and business premises, to carry out work. That work may be by way of an emergency repair, some routine maintenance, or new plumbing installations. Whatever the nature of the job, we are trusted to enter home and businesses to carry out a specific task and we honour that trust.
Our work is covered by a 12-month guarantee against faulty workmanship when it comes to new installations, with regards to general maintenance or installation of second-hand materials our workmanship guarantee is valid for 90 days. This does not cover the second-hand item. Only the works performed up to and from the item.
Every customer we work for, large or small, has the right to expect the absolute best quality workmanship; and that’s exactly what we promise and deliver.
All new materials supplied by East Rand Plumbing will be covered by manufacturers’ warranties honoured by our merchant suppliers.
You can rest assured that we only use only the best quality parts and materials from reputable suppliers.
To take full benefit of these guarantees however, it is important that you should call us straight away you detect any sort of problem. In the unlikely event that a problem does occur, we will send one of our plumbing tradesmen over as soon as possible to investigate the problem, and report back to you with their findings.
It is also especially important that no one tampers with any of our work. If they do then any guarantee could be null and void.
The most important thing for us at East Rand Plumbing is that all our clients are totally satisfied by the work we carry out for them. Our reputation is of prime importance to us. Most of the work we do for people is from word of mouth, and you don’t get recommended unless you exceed your clients’ expectations.
